Return:
We are sorry for not providing pick up facility at the moment, but you can courier the product back to us within 2 days of receiving the product along with the package box.

Return and exchange:

You cannot return the product basing on size issues , so before you order the product make sure you check the size chart of that product and then you can place the order.

You can only return the product for exchange if the product is damaged/design issue/wrong product.

It will be very kind of you if you record video while un-boxing your product so that we can identify the damage properly.

How can I send the product back?
You can send it via any courier service or registered post.

Kindly mail us at return@hangeronlinestore.com along with the order Id and we will send you the details.

How much do you reimburse for the courier charges occurred?
Please choose a cost-effective courier service. We reimburse a maximum of Rs. 80/- in the form of wallet coins for couriering the product back to us which can be used for the next purchase.(make sure to take a photo of courier bill)

By when can I expect the new product to be delivered?
Only after receiving the returned product, we will ship the new product. We need a minimum of 7 days to ship the new product back to you.

Cancellation:
The cancellation request is available in my orders page within 2 hours of placing the order you can cancel the order or else you can’t cancel your order.

Refund:
We will exchange the product but we can’t refund the amount back.
